General

Is it safe to order online?

Yes. We use industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption to protect sensitive information such as your name, address, and credit card details. Information sent between your computer and our website cannot be read if intercepted.

We do not store or retain credit card numbers. Your encrypted card details are securely transmitted to the payment gateway for authorization, and once approved, we are notified and your order is processed.

I’m having technical difficulties.

If you’re experiencing issues with our website, please ensure:

  • Your operating system (Windows, MacOS, Linux) is updated

  • Your browser (Safari, Firefox, Chrome, Edge) is updated

If the problem continues, contact us and include:

  • A detailed description of the issue

  • Screenshots of any error messages

  • The browser and version you are using

  • What steps you have already taken to resolve the issue

Do you keep my credit card information?

No. We do not store or retain credit card information on alleswimsuit.com.

When will I be charged for my order?

If your payment is authorized at checkout, your card will be charged immediately and you will receive a confirmation email.

Do I need an account to shop?

No. You may check out as a guest.

Can you give me more information about products?

We provide detailed descriptions, images, and size charts on each product page.
If you need additional information, please contact us.

The size I want is out of stock. Will you restock?

We would be happy to help. If a size is unavailable, please contact us and we’ll check availability.

Where can I find the size charts?

Size charts are available on the product page and under the Size & Care tab.

What are your business hours?

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide.

Is my credit card information secure?

Yes. We use SSL encryption and comply with industry security standards.
We do not store credit card details.

How can I check my order status?

Click Order Status at the bottom of our site.
A tracking email is sent once your order ships.

Where is my package?

Use the Track Your Order tab.

What does “Processing” mean?

Your order is being prepared for shipment.
Changes cannot be made during this time.

How is sales tax determined?

Tax is calculated based on the destination address.

When will my preorder/backorder ship?

Expected shipping dates are shown on the product page. Orders ship once all items are available.

Can I change a preorder/backorder?

Changes are usually not possible, but contact us and we will try to assist.

How do I use my Gift Card?

Enter your Gift Card number at checkout.
If your order total exceeds the card balance, pay the difference via credit card or PayPal.

How do I use Store Credit?

Enter your Store Credit number at checkout.
Unused balance will remain available for future orders.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be canceled within 10 minutes of being placed.
Refunds may take up to 10 days to appear depending on your bank.

Can I change my order?

Contact us — we will do our best to help.

How do I use a promo code?

Enter the code on the Shopping Bag page.
Promo code rules:

  • Only one code per order

  • Not valid on clearance or 40%+ discounted items

  • Cannot be applied after an order is placed

Why was my order selected for a security check?

Our system checks for fraud. Some orders require identity or card verification.

My payment was declined. What should I do?

Check that all information is correct:

  • Billing address

  • Card number, expiration date, CVV
    If issues continue, contact your bank or try another payment method.

I forgot to apply my discount code.

We cannot apply a code after the order is placed.


Shipping

Where is my order?

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear. If tracking still does not update, contact us.

Do you ship to PO boxes or military addresses?

We do not ship to PO boxes, but we do ship to military addresses.

I’m not home when my order arrives. What happens?

Some deliveries require a signature. Eco Post shipments may be collected from your local post office.

Will I be charged duties or taxes?

International deliveries may incur duties or taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility.

My order hasn’t arrived yet.

Before contacting us, please:

  • Check your tracking link

  • Confirm your shipping address

  • Look for delivery attempt notices

  • Check with neighbors

  • Look in safe drop areas

If still missing, contact us — we will assist you.

Returns

What is your return policy?

All international sales are final. No returns or refunds.

I received a defective item.

Contact Customer Service immediately with:

  • Order number

  • Item name/SKU

  • Description of the defect

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

I received an incorrect item.

Contact Customer Service with your order number and details.
We will correct the mistake promptly.

An item is missing from my order.

Your order may have been shipped in multiple packages. Check your shipping confirmation email for multiple tracking numbers.

If an item is still missing, contact us with your order number and item details.

Are shipping charges refunded?

No. Shipping fees are not refundable.
