Refund & Exchange Policy

Exchange / Return Policy

All sales are final. No refunds.
There are no refunds on swimwear purchases; however, you may request alterations or an exchange through our Tel Aviv store.
All sale items are final — no refunds or exchanges.

You must request an exchange or alteration via email within 10 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to availability. Because each ALLESWIMSUIT piece is produced in limited quantities, we cannot guarantee that a specific size or style will be available. If the requested size or style is not available, you will receive a merchandise credit for use in our online store.

Alterations are free of charge; however, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

To request an exchange or alteration, email info@alleswimsuit.com within 10 days of receiving your order.
Once you receive confirmation from us, please ship the item(s) within 7 days to the address below.
Include your invoice and a note indicating whether you are requesting an exchange or alteration.

Important Notes

  • All shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • All returned items must have original tags and liners in place.

  • Due to health regulations, items that are soiled, worn, damaged, or laundered will not be accepted.

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping charges associated with returning the item(s) and receiving the replacement.

  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

  • Returns will be processed within 1–5 business days once received.

If there is a price difference between the returned item and the exchange item, the customer must pay the difference.
Customers are responsible for shipping both ways — sending the item to us and return shipping back to the customer.


Damages

ALLESWIMSUIT has a no-warranty policy. Once the tags have been removed, we are not responsible for any damage that may occur. ALLESWIMSUIT swimwear is delicate and will show normal wear over time.

If a manufacturing defect appears within 30 days, you may return the item for repair.
We do not repair issues caused by normal wear such as:

  • color fading

  • pilling/pulling

  • loss of elasticity

  • fabric deterioration

  • color bleeding

Following the care instructions will help prevent these issues.

Order Verification

All orders are subject to verification and quality control before shipment.
Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

alleSwimsuit is not responsible for delays beyond our control, including weather conditions, natural disasters, or customs delays.
Customers who contact us within 20 business days of shipment stating that their order was not delivered may receive a replacement or store credit.

By law, we must declare the full value of all packages.

Countries Not Serviced Directly

Due to excessive duties or limited carrier services, we do not ship directly to:
Argentina, Greece, Russia.
We recommend using a re-shipping service.


International Duty & Tax

Import duties, taxes, and fees may apply depending on your country.
The carrier may collect these upon delivery.
ALLESWIMSUIT is not responsible for these charges.

If duties/taxes are billed to ALLESWIMSUIT by the carrier, we reserve the right to charge your credit card on file without notice.

International orders require fraud verification and may be delayed.
Billing and shipping addresses must match.


Wrong Address, Missing Deliveries & Returns

If a package is not received/picked up and is returned to us by the shipping company, the customer will be charged the actual shipping costs incurred by ALLESWIMSUIT.
Once received, the product price (minus shipping and any customs/duties) will be credited.

Shipping costs at checkout are based on the chosen method and destination.

All international sales are final — no returns.

All shipments are insured for the value of the merchandise.
If a shipment is not received, the customer must contact the carrier directly.
A tracking number will be provided.

If you are not fully satisfied or notice an issue with your order, please keep all packaging and contact us immediately at info@alleswimsuit.com.

For expedited shipping, also contact info@alleswimsuit.com.

A $20 fee will be deducted from refunds on expedited shipments that were not accepted or collected.

Estimated delivery times do not include delays from payment authorization or carrier issues.
ALLESWIMSUIT is not liable for any shipping delays.
