Returns & Shipping
All sales are final. No refunds. There are no refunds on your swimwear purchase, but you can request alterations or exchange your swimwear through our Tel Aviv store.

You must request an exchange (or alteration) via email within 10 days for another swimsuit from any line, depending on availability. Each ALLESWIMSUIT'S swimwear is a limited edition and we cannot guarantee a specific size or style will be available for exchange. If the size and/or style you request is not available, you will be given a merchandise credit to use at our online store.
Alterations on your swimwear purchase are free of charge, but the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

within 10 days of receiving your order to notify us of your request. Once you receive an email confirmation that we received your request, please ship the item(s) you are returning to the address below within 7 days. Include your invoice along with a note requesting either an exchange or alteration.
IMPORTANT NOTE: ALL shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
*All return items must have tags and liners in place.
*Due to health regulations, suits that are soiled, worn, damaged, or laundered will not be accepted.
*Customer is responsible for all shipping charges incurred on the returned item(s) and the replacement order.
*Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.
*We will process your return within 1-5 business days once received.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Any price difference between the returned item(s) and the exchange must be paid by the customer, and the customer pays all shipping costs including sending the item(s) to us AND the return shipping from Israel to the customer address. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
ALLESWIMSUIT has a NO WARRANTY policy. Once tags are removed from the merchandise, we are not responsible for any damage that may occur. ALLESWIMSUIT swimwear is delicate and will display normal “wear and tear” over time.
In the unlikely event the merchandise has faulty manufacturing within a 30 day period, you may return it within that period of 30 days to be repaired. We will not fix colour fading, burring/pulling, lack of elasticity, fabric deterioration or colour running. If you follow the care instructions, you will not have these problems.

All orders are subject to verification and quality controls prior to shipment.
Orders will not be shipped to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
alleSwimsuit is not responsible for shipping or other delays which are beyond its control, such as poor weather conditions, acts of god, natural disasters, or customs delays in the recipient country. Customers who contact us within 20 business days from shipment date claiming that their items were never delivered are eligible for a replacement item or store credit only.

NOTE: Due to excessive duties/fees or restricted services by carriers, Alleswimsuit does not currently directly service the following countries: Argentina, Greece, Russia. We suggest the use of re-shipping services for clients from the mentioned countries.
INTERNATIONAL DUTY AND TAX
Please note that duty, taxes and/or customs fees may apply for international orders. In some cases, the carrier may collect duty or taxes upon delivery. Alleswimsuit is not responsible for these duties, taxes and/or fees. If these charges are billed to Alleswimsuit by the carrier, we reserve the right to charge your credit card on file without notice.
Orders placed using a credit card with an international billing address will go through a process of fraud verification, which may delay the delivery time of your order. All international orders must have the same billing and shipping address.
WRONG ADDRESS, NON-RECEIVED ITEMS AND RETURNS
If the item is not received/picked up by the client and sent back to us by the shipping company, the client will be charged the actual shipping charges incurred by Alleswimsuit (not as per above table). The price of the item, minus actual shipping charges and any unpaid customs/duties, will be credited once we receive the item from the shipping company. One of our representatives will contact you to inform you when we receive the package.
Shipping cost is paid by the purchaser and is a flat rate depending on the shipping method you choose. The shipping fee will be adjusted upon checkout based on the destination of your order.
All international sales are final. Returns will not be accepted on international orders.
All shipments are insured for the value of the merchandise. If a shipment has been sent but is not received, the receiving party has the responsibility of contacting the shipper. A tracking number will be provided and we will do our best to assist you.
If you are not completely satisfied or if there is a discrepancy with your order, please retain all documentation/packaging and contact us immediately by sending an email to email@example.com

*In case of expedite shipping, It is the responsibility of the customer to accept/collect their order upon delivery. US$20 will be deducted from the total refundable amount on shipments that were not accepted or collected.

*Estimated delivery times are as provided to ALLESWIMSUIT by the freight company. ALLESWIMSUIT cannot be held liable for any delay in delivery.
